Book purchases happen on Amazon under their own policies.

Your email is used to send the material you asked for, including excerpts, tools, and news about the book and related work. Analytics are used only to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

3. WHO ELSE TOUCHES IT
